Click the “Order Lunches and Make Changes” button
You need to create a new account each SCHOOL year
Click “Create Account”- Even if you had an account last year, you need to create a new account each year. Fill in all of the information requested including all student information. Be sure to add all of your children that will want to order lunches by Clicking “Add Another Student.”
Email Preferences-Select “Allow Kiddos Lunches to send any type of email relating to your account at the administrator's discretion.” Click “Save Changes”
Directory – Click “Order and Change Form”
Order Form-Select the Student you are ordering for in upper left hand drop down list
Select Lunches – Click the lunches you wish by clicking on the box next to each item
Lunch Description – You can see what is included in each lunch by either hovering over the menu item or clicking the blue “?” next to each menu item.
Save Order - Once you have made all of your lunch selections for a student, Click “Save Order” You can either select another student name to make selections for or go to Check Out.
Check Out – Once you have saved all of your selections Click “Check Out”
Payment Type – We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover AND Electronic Checks. There is a $1.00 charge to pay by check and a 3.00% processing fee for each payment for credit card purchases.
Confirmed Order- You will automatically be sent an email confirming your order once it has been paid for and processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact Kiddos right away. You can print this information and post it in a convenient location.
How to Read the Email Confirmation Calendar-The lunch orders are located to the RIGHT of the date you ordered for on the calendar.

Click CONFIRMED ORDER
Click the MONTH you want to export
Click EXPORT and repeat for each month
IMPORTANT KIDDOS POLICY ON CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once lunches have been ordered, they can be cancelled or changed for dates that have not yet been processed by Kiddos. Kiddos processes orders on WEDNESDAYS AT NOON for the NEXT week of lunches. This includes snow dates and field trip or no lunch dates that we have not been notified of by the school prior to processing orders for that period. When you login to your account on the ordering site, you will see all of the dates still available for cancellations, changes or additional ordering. If the dates are not showing up as available, as much as we would like to help, we have no way to add, change or cancel orders after WEDNESDAYS AT NOON.
In the event a field trip or other no lunch date arises after ordering has been opened, families are responsible for cancelling any lunches they may have ordered for those dates. Kiddos is not always provided with this information in a timely way by teachers or school staff, therefore, we cannot guarantee those lunches will automatically be cancelled by Kiddos. As indicated above, any cancellation, no matter the reason needs to take place prior to Kiddos processing orders for those dates or we are not able to cancel, change or refund.
PEANUT AND TREE NUT FREE POLICY
There are no peanut or tree nuts in any of our menu entrees. The packaged sides that accompany the entrees do not contain peanuts or tree nuts either, however some may be processed in plants that process peanuts and tree nuts. The restaurants we use are not peanut or tree nut free. Our restaurants take great care to prevent cross contamination and many of them do not even have peanuts or tree nuts in the restaurant, however, since they are not peanut or tree nut free, cross contamination can occur, therefore, we cannot guarantee any of the food items are safe for children with allergies. This is an optional lunch program and it is up to each family to make an individual decision based on their individual needs. We recommend contacting the restaurants directly to answer any allergy questions you may have, understanding, they cannot guarantee the food is safe for children with allergies and they can not customize the preparation of your child's meals.
